yoga

today, for "stretch & strengthen," i took a yoga class at the gym. yoga is good. but weird. but good. but i creep myself out thinking 'namaste' all thoughout the day afterward...like maybe i'm joining a cult or something.
(i'm just kidding, by the way.)

abby - absolutely we must run when you are in town! i think you and i have kind of done the same thing, where we combined the half marathon training schedule with the marathon schedule so the whole thing is kind of janked up...BUT, according to the calendar i made for myself, i'm running 9 miles on 09/30, and then 3/5/3 on the 3rd, 4th & 5th. I guess actually it will be good to get the lazyfest run out of the way BEFORE lazyfestivities begin....
