no off day for me ... by abby

since i had an accidental off day on wednesday, i made myself work today. i did the bike ride i've been doing lately, only instead of passing the church in churchill and riding on to amsterdam, i turned around at the church and made it an out-and-back. this means i got my 30mph downhill and then had to turn around and ride up it. which i did at about 9mph. basically it's a long, steep hill that appears to flatten out but in reality just becomes a slight but frustrating incline before going straight up again. anyway, and then it was over and the rest of the ride was just nice rolling hills.

now, i just bought a pair of running shorts which i am nerdily psyched about.

tomorrow i hope to do my long run, but i have a show in butte tonight, so it kinda depends on when i get home.
