the weekend - gerlinda
friday - blissful rest...
saturday - nice bike ride downtown, past the hotdog stands at underground atlanta
sunday - i crushed the trail that crushed me last week! i was out there running in the cool of 7am, rested and properly hydrated. i'm not saying it was easy - but i did it. i didn't have a watch, but i think i made good time. there are a couple fairly hellacious hills on that trail that kind of force you to slow down. but it's good training.
hey abby - been meaning to ask - how's the hip since you got the new shoes? i remain knockonwood injury free, except for some small and ignorable blisters - but i worry those will become problematic at 26.2 miles...
