No internet access sux! -gerlinda

i don't have internet at my new house (and probably won't for a while,) so sorry if my posting is erratic! one of my neighbors has an unsecured linksys that i can occasionally get 1 bar off of - that's what i'm trying now.

anyhoo - monday (a stretching/strengthening/rest day,) i crosstrained to make up for last week's misstep.

then, on the 4th, my friend's rama & lauren & i got up early and did "boot camp lite" - which was basically a 4.5/5 mi run, interspersed with a few core exercises (like plank and flutter kicks.) then, we hit the lake & now i'm sunburned and need a day off from my day off!
